Zeb Bangash and Noorima Rehan literally made me feel cringe. Zeb Bangash said Rum Jhum and yaak Rum jhum was just a turn off for me , melody voices music is stunning but who wrote the lyrics, they are too cheezy , haan heran houn main par weeran nahi, like are you really that illiterate that a weran is for places even if its metaphor it doesnt just suit here yeah I am astonished but not deserted, does it even make sense? tera ahsaas hay teri yaad nahi.

Damn Pakistan has alot of talented poets lyricist and singers why you chose this damn girl who cant pronouce Rim jhim and Dhondo gay* moreover the next girl singing in fake wana be burger accent why? why you cant have a single singer that have good acent, choti choti khawahishain gungunati hain sajati hain yeh dunya، barg o bar ke angan main ( barg o bar litterally means trees and leaves) muskurati hay gul khilati hay yeh dunya( like seriously? is that even make sense? you mean to say on the viranda of trees and their fruits world is responsible for blossoming flowers ok now next line , heraton ki nagri hay yeh dunya (lol)
here you metaphorically describe that dunya or world is cause of blossoming flowers on viranda of trees and leaves but world iteself is a amazing city 😂..

I must say this lyricist doesnt even know Urdu at all. Urdu is such a beautiful language even listening these lines without understanding them can rejoice your mood but what about Urdu itself? its literally crying for help in this song, please make sense God damn it .just adding hum qafia alfaz in the ending of line doesnt make it poetic. Learn basic urdu atleast then write this type of bull shit, yeah its bull shit. Can you catagorize this song in any genre ? is it love song or ballad? even if you are translating it from some other language atleast choose right words that make sense. 😢 Coke studio really need to hire some poets too. even your so called collabs songs and punjabi songs too dont have good or meaningful lyrics please work on it.
